The receptionist I spoke to said that they will probably have to steam and vacuum everything and then put a residual spray. She said that management of these bugs cannot be obtained with a 15 minute visit by the exterminator. Which is how much time the guy spent in our place. I am now waiting for the technician to call to get more details. Thanks again.
