Ed, I had a similar experience & showed what I found to the exterminator...he confirmed it was a newly hatched bedbug. I'm going to try to post a link so I can show you what it looked like. I've seen adult bedbugs, the newly hatched, almost clear bedbugs, but there is also some part of the hatching process where they are tiny yellowish blobs with a brown "cap"...and believe me, I have a serious bedbug problem. : Bed bugs life cycle is called Gradual Metamorhosis, this means even newly hatched from the egg they resemble small adult bed bugs. : They go through growth stages called instars, and during these stages will molt, immediately after molting they have no exoskeleton pigmentation, and may appear as white grubs.
