You may have beetles and/or some type of harmless exterior roach. The ones you see inside are most likely lost. If you treat the perimeter of your house with a granular pesticide according to the label, the problem will be eliminated. Before you treat, remove any items that may be laying on the ground around your house. Bugs tend to congregate under these things.
