Good photo! It is, unfortunately, a common household pest, the Flour Beetle. These bugs can live for up to three years! They were probably attracted to the bathrooms by humidity. However, they are breeding in your food. Please read the article at the link below. Keep in mind that spraying does almost no good at all against this pest. You have to clean, clean, clean, and then protect your food from reinfestation.
