Put most of your stuff in storage, and be sure it is bagged! Don't take a chance on bringing this with you. For instance, bedbugs like porous things, so, if you cannot wash it, store it. Paper, wood, fabric. Plastic and metal are usually OK. Be spartan in what you choose to live with, including your mattress, bed frame, dresser. All of these can transport the pest, no matter how much you spray. It takes months for a bedbug to die of starvation, sometimes over a year, so be patient!
