Milky white spiders - thick legs

I have these spiders on/in my car, and they grow
to the size of a quarter! This is the 2nd summer
I've had the car, and the 2nd summer they have
appeared. My husband's car is beside mine, yet
they are not on his car, so I assume they have
a nest somewhere under the hood or trunk.

Pest control does not sparay vehicles, does anyone
know how to get these out/off of a car?

Or what type of spider this is?
