Drain Fly Larvae?

The enemy of the drain fly is lack of moisture. If the worms seem to be living between or under the tiles, this indicates a moisture problem. Intact tiles are not only more attractive, they actually prevent moisture-caused dry rot from destroying the structural members of your house.

If your tilework is perfectly intact, consider running a small turbo-type fan from Walmart, pointed towards the shower area, after showering is done.
