Expert help needed ! Shower worms???

I have a worm problem. In my shower I find little brown worms about 1/2" long. They have no legs and like to hide in the grout.

I have found a similar post here but no answers really given. Any help appreciated

1)What is the name of worm?
2)What condition causes them to be there?
3)Most effective way to kill them?
