Strange kind of insect my cats are retrieving from the basement crawl space

My cats are catching a rather large spider like type of bug from my crawl space. It is brownish, speckled, has long legs, jumps very high, has long feelers and what looks like a large stinger at the end of its body. I have taken a digital image of a dead one and don't know where to post it for you to review? Any ideas???
