I think they are moth fly larvae. My husband and I have the same thing and we did this investigation. We bleached the corners of our shower until all the worms came out of the grout and then we rinsed them down the drain. We caulked the shower again and we spray the Clorox Bleach spray bottle into the corners of the shower and we haven't had any problems. Put moth fly larvae in your search engine and you should find some sites that show pictures of the worms and then the flies they morph into later. Hope this helps!!
