I devised a more effective vinegar solution that seems to help some. Although it seems like most things work a little but nothing seems to knock them out completely. I guess because they are in the walls, ceiling, carpet, etc.

Here is my solution: 32 oz spray bottle capable of a fine mist, 16 oz of white vinegar, 8 oz of warm water with about 4 tablespoons of salt dissolved in it, and then about 8 oz of rubbing alcohol. Although the vinegar is a repellent, I think the alcohol is better for knocking them out. I lightly mist down the walls, etc. I have my furniture and bedding in plastic, so it is easy to mist these without worrying about any damage.
