Bugs in Drain

Hi. I have a serious bug problem. I seem to have gnat size flying bugs that are a grey tranlucent color coming out of my tub drain, kitchen sink drain, and bathroom sink drain. I don't know what kind of bugs they are or how to get rid of them. Can you please suggest something. Thank you.
