Don't do anything drastic!! I am at this time batling an ant situation. They are in my Bathroom and even in my Dish washer( I don't know how they got in there) I am using some Grant's Ant Stakes. At first they wouldn't touch it. Then my friendly Ace Hardware man told me that to make the Grants work you need to put a little hot water in the pre drilled hole at the top. They really go for it then. The only problem is thet they go after what the hot water causes to drain out the sides of the little room,but they seem to shy away fom the little pre drilled hole at the top, They run up to the hole and peer in but seem to be afraid to go in.I think they are probably geting enough from the seepage,because they keep coming and going.I'll know in a day or two if it is working...Another thing.The man at Ace tells me that there is one product called "The Enforcer" Ant Bait that gets better results,but it sells so fast that the supply doesn't last long..I am waiting for their next shipment to come in,so if my stakes don't do the job,I will try it.
