BULLS-EYE

please help!! i spent my whole last week at a family friend's horse farm. Around Thursday i noticed i kept itching this one bite on the back of my leg. I thought it was just a normal fly bite and paid it no heed. The next day i noticed the whole thing had become a red, welt thing, about the size of two quarters. The next day, it turned in to a red bulls-eye, with the same red bite in the middle.But instead of just being a lump,it was flat and had a small hole in the center like someone got a needle and stuck it it.PLEASE TELL ME WHAT INSECT COULD DO THIS! I KNOW TICKS CAN CAUSE A BULLS-EYE AND TICKS CARRY LYME DISEASE! IM THINKING THAT, OR A MISQUITO BITE...THATS WHAT IM VERY AFRAID OF..HAVING WEST NILE VIRUS!!PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!
