Biting and Stinging Catapillars!

HELP!!!!!!!!! I was bitten or stung by a catapillar, I have red welts on my arms and on my stomach, the catapillars have black heads, WHAT KIND OF CATAPILLARS ARE THEY? They also have 4 stalks of hair sticking up in 4 differing places like in a square shape, What kind of catapillar are they and are they poisonous? The welts itch like crazy.
