flying bugs in kitchen

Several months ago we had a infestation of these mothlike flying bugs in the kitchen. We found them in some oatmeal. We cleaned out all the cupboards and thought we had the problem solved. Now we are finding some more and can't find the source. What are these things and how do we get rid of them. They fly, about a half inch long and make a mess when trying to kill.
