Stupid flying bugs in my kitchen

I have these stupid flying bugs in my kitchen. ONe day they just appeared. I have NO IDEA what the hell they are and don't know how to get rid of them. They are all over the place...coming up out of my vent and all over the windows...but only in the kitchen. THis is horrible!!!!!!!! Can someone help me identify these nasty things and get them out of my house???!!!!
