One time a long time ago someone in an apartment clear at the other end of the complex I was living in reported she had roaches to the manager but the managers had to go and "treat" ALL of the units in the complex. I remember because it was a real pain removing everything out of my kitchen cupboards and drawers. I think the OWNER of the complex should be threatened to be reported to the health department if he doesn't hire proffesionals to come and treat (spray) all of the apartments....Your daughter should not have to shell out a penny to correct this problem....
LEASE OR NOT. By the way...she has a very good reason to break the lease....they would have to let them out of it with this serious health hazord. Trust me...they are not just in her apartment only.
