Bathroom bugs!! Small (tiny), brown crunchy body. Driving me nuts!!!

Seems to be a common problem with no solution. If anyone has tried anything that works, please let me know! They seem to be coming up the drain, and I find them on the walls, floor, sink, etc. The don't fly, just crawl slowly around. Will try anything!!
