Best electronic device for Roach infestation?

Hello all,

We have had a roach problem for years but lately it's getting worst. We can see some out and about even in the day. We've used baits for quite some time but they have developed resistance to it. If anything it only made them grow more deformed and uglier, but not dead.

There seems to be a lot of electronic devices that employ ultronic waves to drive pests out. I was wondering if anybody who has used them can comment on their effectiveness, and recommend a good brand?
