black worms in shower

Everytime our shower floor gets wet, these black worms about 1/8th inc. long come out of the grout in the seams, of which we have noticed that there are cracks in the grout here and there. We never saw these worms until we had a cleaning lady come in our home, and after she left we noticed them that same nite, first it was just a couple, now it is every time we shower. Do you think she brought these to our home, or could she have stirred something up, she said she used a whole bottle of Lime Away on our shower stall (we have very hard water, and the build up was pretty bad). What do you think these worms are? Possibly termites?
