SCORPION LOOSE IN HOUSE!!

Major problem... my brother's scorpion is loose in his house. Does anyone have any pertinent information
on how to get rid of this creature or where it hides... before this animal stings one of his other pet (cats & 2 dogs).
The information i read so far suggests only 1 species out of 20 in the US are poisonous to humans... and living
in the Norheast US with winter on its way... how likely is it this scorpion will live in cold weather??

Please help!! Any websites also would be great!!
I'm thinking the last resort would be Steve Erwin, the Australian crocodile hunter.
