teeny little bugs in the bathroom

I have recently noticed these tiny little translucent reddish/orange bugs scurrying around the shower and tiles. They're so small that at first I thought it was dirt but then they moved. They are very very quick and when I try to squish them they disappear between the tiles. I'm afraid they're ruining the wall behind the tiles. Does anyone have a clue as to what they could be or how to get rid of them?
