Bite marks all over body/two dermatologist cannot see the bugs

I have been suffering from recurrent bite marks all over my body from my scalp to head, face, heavy concentration on my back, neck including thighs and buttocks. The attacks are relentless day and night. I have concluded they must be mites that can live and reproduce in my townhouse. I was first attacked inside a two and a half acre estate home on sand pine and oak terrain. The mites moved into the house and are ravenous. They must have gotten into my clothes and traveled south to Miami where they are not torturing me night and day. I have bombed with pyrithium, permitrin, raid bed bug and flea killer and sprayed with other bed bug and mite killer.

These invisible bugs bite me even when covered in permithrin cream. The dermatologist find nothing and gave me internal poison to take (invectrin) which made me feel lousy but did not stop the biting.

How do I kill these things in both my homes and spray around the house in the oaks, pines and sandy soil.

I am desperate. What kills them fast and keeps them from coming back. To top if off I have immune disorder and am having horrible reactions to the bites.
