black things

We have these black peices of nothing everywhere!!! Food is being eaten out of pantry regardless of opening package. Marble destroyed. Random tiny cut turns into nasaty wound. It looks like a fleck of somesort. Weird things. Wounds don't heal. Rituals of Lysol, Raid, Boric Acid and Ammonia EVERYDAY. Laundry washed 2xs everytime. It's freaking me out. I know of one other person that has this fleck/clear thing too but has NO IDEA either what this is. Really going nuts please anyone HELP. Cuts heal if you put matches in them of soak wounded area in ammonia. What is this?
