Alexandra: Forget nematodes, what you need is an inspection and since the termites are active inside your house, find someone in your area who is certified to use Termidor. (termidoronline.com). Nematodes can kill termites inside a petri dish but in the real world forget it. They are primarily used for biological control of agricultural and some lawn pests. It is irresponsible of 'bugguy' to suggest nematodes for an active subterranean termite problem and would be in violation of structural pest control regulations in most states.
