Hi there, I am a student on an Erasmus year in Germany and have had a room for about two months in the university accommodation lodgings. I am on the 3rd floor, and my room is in the corner of the building. I have since had a huge mold problem, for which I am still fighting the company about, as they have said it's entirely my fault for not opening the window enough. I have notified many many people, professors, faculties, pressure groups, and lawyers, and am trying to cancel or significantly reduce the bill they are trying to force me to pay. I had also had a problem with bugs - they are little flying bugs that look like little flies - with clear wings and are very fast. But not very smart as I am able to smack them. Since the room was renovated and I moved back in two days ago, I had no problems until just a while ago when I saw the first bug in my kitchen area again. My room is a small studio appartment, not big at all, about medium sized, and also has a bathroom. I really don't know what to do about these bugs, and it's no use telling the caretaker as he said he has no idea where they are coming from and what to do about it... Please help! Thanks.
