Anyone know what this is?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows what kind of insect this is? I have discovered some in my brand new house. They have a bunch of legs, so I'm thinking it might be a millipede, but I don't know. Does anyone know if they are dangerous? Please click on the links for the pictures I took of one of them.
