They are probably springtails. I get them every year, but I finally got them under control last year, and we had a very large infestation of them. The key is diligence. We surrounded our house with a 6-foot barrier of Ortho Max, a good amount of it. Every night around 5:00, we had to spray the foundation with something to just kill the ones we could see on the house to keep the bulk of them out for the evening. And we wet the Ortho every evening too to kill any nests that might be surrounding our house. We did this for about a month until they finally disappeared. Now as soon as we see them coming in, we put a new layer of Ortho down, and they go away. Hope this helps. These pests are incredibly resilient and very hard to control, but with diligence, it can be done. Good luck. Let me know if you have any questions.
