small black beetle with tan stripe oval

We have had these things for months and we don't know how to get rid of them. We clean and bleach but they seem to be coming back, we even bought the bug plug in things with sonic waves. No help as of yet, we also have sevens granules out side of the house. Any idea of how to get ride of these infestations. They're about 1/4 to 1/2 of an inch and are some what like a small beetle. The heads and butts are black, with a yellow/tan strip going across the back. We find them all over. Need help, qustions, answers please!
