Bugs in My Bed

I have bugs I have been seeing in my bed here an there. Me and my boyfriend have been appearing with bites on our arms and legs, but contributed it to breaking out from some allergy.

The bugs are tiny, but big enough to see with the naked eye. Redish brown in color and hard to kill. I have only seen them in my bed and 1 crawling down the wall near the bed. When I check my mattress and foam pad I don't see anything nor around the bed or under the mattress. What are these bugs and where could they be coming from?
