small/tiny brown(cream) worms found in bedroom

i found about 15 brown(cream)worms in my room under my bed, they only have about 6 or 8 legs in the front. the rest of their body is long with nothing on it. they are very hard to crush. i also found lots of "baby" ones. that are about the size a a piece of rice. the bigger ones are about 1" long. do you know what they are?????
