Small black worms that seem to be hanging from threads in my home

I keep on finding these horrible small black worms in my home,they seem to be hanging down my invisible threads and i find them in groups. I first found them in my bathroom wich i sprayed them so i thought i would never see them again
I was wrong.
Now i found a whole bunch of then on my wall, so i ended up spraying those too.
In both of those areas, I had a scented plug-in, may that be the reason why im finding these very small pests?
I REALLY need help to find out if these are harmfull and how can i get rid of them for good.
