For the ones that come into your apartment, get a broom and beat the crap out of them. Take the corpse outside and sit it on your balcony. The others will take note that your place is not safe for them.

I had to take two of them out by broom last weekend. I haven't had a problem since.

I also use sulfur in areas around the house that they like to visit.

Seriously though, you should try to kill their food source. My goal is to eradicate the insects With no food in my yard, they'll have to flee
