I think I have flour beetles

I have these little bugs and they drive me crazy. I read someone's complaint about a similar or the same bug. These bugs are small, reddish brown in color and have got into my flour, larvae have hatch in my rice and sugar, it seems they are attracted to starch and carbos. If these are the same bugs please help me get rid of them.
