Hi all,
I live in the UK and last night noticed literally hundreds of tiny white insects crawling all over my fridge-freezer - it was like they appeared overnight. I pulled out the fridge today, hoovered it all over and then washed it down with boiling water and bleach. Tonight the bugs have reappeared -fewer of them, but definitely there and still alive! From searching this forum, they sound like mould mites or booklice. I did discover that a jar on top of the fridge containing cat treats had gone mouldy, so have washed that out thoroughly, but assuming that was what the bugs were living on, does anyone know how long it will take for them to disappear? Thanks!
