bed bugs

a few months ago me and my boyfriend moved into a flat and after the first night we noticed we were getting bitten. we thought nothing of it until i got um in the middle of the night to go to the toilet and my boyfriend found a bug on the bed. it turns out there was an infestation. the whole bed was covered. the flat was fumigated but because of it we decided to move out. i moved into my mums and brought all my stuff. all my clothes were washed first but tonight i found one in the bathroom. i havent been getting bitten at all since i moved back and i checked my bed and found no signs of them. is it possible one has just fallen off something i brought back from the infested flat and i have nothing to worry about? i havent seen anymore just that one and i flushed it down the toilet. could someone please reasure me that its probably just one and there isnt anymore. thank you.
