Get a microscope and a fine-tipped brush. Try to get samples of an intact insect. I've been looking, too, and find mostly insect parts, but they all have the same pattern. I get samples from under my desk where I spend the most time. Pest control companies are not able to identify something this unusual. Just stay persistent and find a good entomologist who actually wants to help you. You need to get this resolved. If I get an answer I will let you know. We may possibly have the same insect. It's been a terrible three years and decided I've had enough!
