Ick! I've been finding these weird worm things in my dresser!

They're small and a dark reddish brown, with segmented bodies. I found one of those freaky things writhing in my drawer a month ago, and tonight I found three more.

What are they? The closest thing I've found is carpet beetles. Is that right? Either way, how the hell do I get rid of them?!
