mites? bed bugs? and worms?!?!?!

: Okay i'm trying to narrow down my situation. At first I thought I had bed bugs, I'm not exactly sure though. Can you see bed bugs? Then i started to think maybe it was mites instead. I feel itchy when i go to bed, but I never see bugs. and honestly, my room was pretty nasty.. but i finally cleaned it.. didnt find any bugs, besides mini light brown worm skin?? wtf. : i need help narrowing this down!!
