They are a `pantry pest` and are a breeding in one or more food boxes. Take everything out of the cabinets and inspect each open box. Eventually you will find the source(s). Dispose of infested food and seal anything else you open in plastic bags.

: these black bugs are tiny. they started out in my cabinets then migrated to my pantry. some have taken flight but most crawl. i find alot of dead ones in the cabinets i dont know how they are dying but they still dont go away. they also like the bathroom. i seen them crawling on the walls under the upper cabinets and on my counter tops. i emptied out my cabinets and used bug spray and did the same in the pantry. i even sprayed at the base of the cabinets by the floor. i thought that did the trick but it didn't. i am so frustrated i dont know what to do right now we are co-existing. can anyone relate?
