: Dear Patrice, I was about to get off the computer for the night when I read your lettwr, so I had to stop to say to you no matter how frustating it may get someimes and it does sometimes, you must continue on trying to find a solution to this problem. In the forum. thank god for the forum, someone else suggested around the time I was at my wits end, that one must keep fighting with all you know and that is what I do every day just to have a bit of peace__and hopefully find a finite solution. As somene suggested, we must bring to the attention of our goernment officials the enormity of this bug problem. Keep your chin up.
