black bugs in cabinets with wings resembling a beetle

these black bugs are tiny. they started out in my cabinets then migrated to my pantry. some have taken flight but most crawl. i find alot of dead ones in the cabinets i dont know how they are dying but they still dont go away. they also like the bathroom. i seen them crawling on the walls under the upper cabinets and on my counter tops. i emptied out my cabinets and used bug spray and did the same in the pantry. i even sprayed at the base of the cabinets by the floor. i thought that did the trick but it didn't. i am so frustrated i dont know what to do right now we are co-existing. can anyone relate?
