you have rat or bird mites. go to www.birdmites.org to get your answers. read my post on how to get a good nights sleep. p.s. not many of the exterminators know what this is and if they do, they won't do it because the are so difficult to erraticate. the mites have hard bodies and are resistant to most pesticides. If you must spray, do it at night with professional pesticides like Tempo or Evercide, and most importantly use a adjitor flushing spray that will get them out of the plug outlets, light switches, and dark cracks they are hiding in so the are fully exposed to the killing agent.
