Tiny tan bugs in grass Texas

I have these small tan colored bugs all over the grass. They fly and pinch but leave no spot on skin. With in a few minutes of being in tje grass they start to pinch and are very tiny and a tan color. pLease help. we can evne have a picnic with out feeling a pinch.
