Hi,

I usually deal only with bed bugs but get called in to identify a lot of unknown conditions.

A picture usually helps a lot with identification but from what you have said I would have suggested consulting a dermatologist and specifically asking about scabies or excema.

They can both be localised to parts of the body where as mites tend to focus on exposed skin in my experience.
