tiny pink worms in shower

: ---> i read all the stuff about black worms or the drain moth larvae but these are pink. i live in an old house in florida and its warm already. the shower needs to be re-done cause this one spot kinda retains water. well i was showering the other day and i saw this little hair looking thing, i thought it was odd that it was pink so i looked closer and it squirmed away. there are several of them and i tried bleach but that only makes them go away for a couple days and once the bleach is all washed away they come back. today i noticed one that was not in the water it was just worming on the tile..... i've looked up leeches, found nothing. i've looked up parasites, found nothing. i've looked up worms, found this site. PLEASE HELP. they don't appear to bite or anything but i'm very worried health wise.
