Bug is a bug They are very hard to idenify but easy to kill. Smothe them in dawn. Test it on any bug, spray them . Watch. Dead in 15 mins...Kind of cruel but when it comes to a baby I would do all I could ..the links explain aal of this age old problem. I think they are in the grass now
Razor: Leave in a hefty One zip bag with 1/4 cup of baby oil

Shower: Mist with 10%dawn & water and leave

Bathroom & toilet : Mist with 10%dawn & water and leave. The more soap the less bugs. I have none in my bathroom. I mist the toilet before and after each use and wipe with toilet paper
