Little White Bugs

Hi,
Hoping someone can help. Recently I've found little white bugs all over my partners computer monitor and computer. No matter how many times we get rid of them they keep coming back. So far they're only confined to his computer room.
They're soooo tiny it looks like a fleck of dust however it moves.
Any help would be much appreciated.
