You sound a little crazy. I side with the dermatologist. There are nervous disorders/psychoses that affect the mind of individuals such as yours to suggest that there are mites crawling over one's body. Go see a psyhologist or psychiatrist, they'll give you some great meds to ease your pain. Good luck.
